Bendigo Civic Precinct Strategy Masterplan

FMSA was invited by Biruu to assist in the development of a masterplan and sketch design options for the Bendigo Civic Centre Precinct Strategy Plan. The key task performed by FMSA was the preparation of three design options for presentation to the client group, costing and incorporation into the resulting Strategy Plan Report.

Preparation of the design options required a high level of stakeholder consultation and site analysis. FMSA produced three design options for the development of the site including sketch plans, sections and a series of three dimensional massing diagrams. FMSA was also required to produce three presentations to client that included separate three dimensional massing diagrams.
