Today members of the FMSA team attended the inauguration of the new PICAC Narre Warren campus. The innovative education facility is set to be Australia’s first Net Zero Energy training facility. Having working with PICAC since 2007, FMSA is proud to have contributed to realising PICAC’s vision for a leading education facility that will ensure the continuing excellence of professionals in the plumbing industry.
The inauguration was a true celebration of the project, with attendees able to tour the facility including the solar PV array comprised of 770 panels generating up to 275kW of electricity installed to contribute to the energy needs of the building.
The project is the result of a true collaborative effort between the client, project supporters, builders and engineers. We congratulate FMSA’s project team led by Principal Peter Sandow and Project Architect James Kazalac on their commitment to delivering a landmark education facility.
Congratulations to PICAC, IAPMO Oceana, Master Plumbers Association, and the Plumbing and Pipe Trades Employees Union and all project partners. We are honoured to have the opportunity to work with clients who share our commitment to collaborative design and leading solutions.
