FMSA staff toured the new Victoria Police Centre for Family Violence facility at the Victoria Police Glen Waverley campus. Delivered under a design and construct with Ireland Brown Constructions, the $11 million project has been constructed in 7 months. The new complex has been designed to facilitate the domestic violence training centre, complete with practical classrooms, syndicate rooms and office space for staff.
Led by Project Architect Hao Lee, staff spent a sunny Saturday morning touring the unique building. The team enjoyed the behind the scenes look at the cadet and staff spaces including practical scenario classrooms and auditorium. Several staff in attendance were involved in different stages of the project and were excited to see the design intent realised so well.
Thank you to Project Architect Hao Lee, and Ireland Brown Construction for facilitating the visit.
