Recently the FMSA team packed our best aprons and headed out for a team building session at Brassiere Bread in South Melbourne. Led by French baker Gaultier, the team spent the morning learning the finer points of baking sourdough and touring the bakery to see how the professionals do it. And of course a highlight for everyone was sampling the bread and delicious cheese on offer during the tour!
The group then split up into teams to make our own bread-tatsic creation – a bread crocodile – and compete for the title of best croc. After feverishly rolling, plaiting and decorating our creations, the winners were Elise, Trevor and Julie who enjoyed basket of tasty bread and treats.
