Last Friday, Karen Tan from FMSA presented alongside Robert De Nardis from Ergologic and Lisa Middleton – Advanced Sports Dietitian at the United in Business workshop on “Wellness” to understand further how to make positive change in life & those around us.
Karen spoke about the built environment and how it affects our health in varying degrees. The role the built environment and our habits were explained and participants took away 3 top tips on how to reduce their built environments impact on them.
